Proposals will be published on the Transit platform (http://www.coe.int/en/web/tranzit) and the Enter! project (http://www.coe.int/en/web/enter). These two projects will provide long-term support to young people in their work at both local and national level.

The seminar brought together around 30 participants, either representatives of youth organisations, youth workers, social workers, trainers involved in youth work projects and initiatives addressing the challenges faced by young people in the transition to independence (in the field of access to social rights in general or in specific areas, policy makers and practitioners involved in youth policies in specific areas (addressed in the seminar), representatives of international organisations/institutions working in these areas, and representatives of statutory bodies of the Council of Europe.
