The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., is a successful applier to the project Europe for Citizens in Slovenia. As a successful applier, EPEKA will send its representatives to the 2nd Meeting of Successful EFC Projects. The meeting will take place between 9 a. m. and 12 a. m. on 17th October in Fužine Castle, Ljubljana.

In the first part of the lecture, there will be a talk on the topic of European citizenship with the title: Respecting right to diversity as a postulat to the active citizenship in the modern state. It will be hosted by assoc. prof. dr. Marina Lukšič-Hacin, head of the Institute for Slovene Emigration and Migrations at the ZRC SAZU (Research Center of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts) and director of the study program Migrations and Intercultural Relations at the Faculty for Humanities at the University of Nova Gorica. In the second part, they will briefly present statistics of cooperation and successful applications of Slovenian organizations, and then this year’s successful appliers will present themselves. They will open the place to exchange various experiences and tackle some challenges.
