The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., will participate in a panel discussion on the Slovenian Day without Food Waste: Respect Food, Respect the Planet

The consultation is aimed at all stakeholders in the food supply chain, or anyone interested in the challenge of reducing food waste and food waste, improving attitudes towards food and changing habits.

Organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy and Ecologists without Borders, the event will focus on the management of surplus and donated food, present the results and guidelines of the project ‘Platter 12.3 for less waste and more sustainable food in restaurants’, and announce the winners of the competition ‘A page not thrown away’!
