Members of the Epeka Association are participating in the prestigious online training “Inside Track” Webinar Series, organized by the Youth@Work Partnership under the title “Closer than you think: bringing social innovation to you”.

Social innovation often sounds like something abstract or distant, intended only for the giants in the sector. However, real change happens where people, local communities and young ideas meet. With the Inside Track  series, the partnership Youth@Work debunks the myth of the inaccessibility of innovation and provides participants with concrete tools, examples of good practice and inspiration on how to bring innovation closer to everyday work with young people and in the local environment.

  • Access to cutting-edge expertise: The meeting provides insights on how to address the challenges of young people’s employability, social inclusion and active citizenship in innovative ways.
  • Transfer of theory in practice: We are interested in how to translate specific methodologies into the environment in which we operate and offer them to our users, partners and the young generation.
  • European networking: Sharing experiences with participants from different European countries strengthens the wider youth work ecosystem and opens up space for future international collaborations.
