1 – 10 September, 2019
Urbino, Italy
Representatives of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., will attend the exchange Do EU Print?. It is an eight-day exchange with two travel days, which will take place between 1st and 10th September 2019 in Urbino, Italy.
“Do EU Print?” is a project essentially aimed at raising awareness on the importance of free-thought’s evolution for the shaping and the preservation of Europe as a land of freedom and democracy.
The project stems from the need to tackle some of the major risks brought by digital information and social networks’ predominance: disconnection of truth from open-source information, spread of fake-news, creation of stereotypes and theories disrespectful towards other people’s freedom. Since Young generations are the ones most exposed to these risks, 9 organisations with longstanding experience in the field of youth and cultural engagement have decided to develop a youth-mobility project promoting an innovative learning path focused on history knowledge, artistic creativity and self-reflection on free-thought evolution of Europe.
