Representatives of EPEKA Nepremičnine d.o.o. and ESZ EPEKA SCE will take part in the final training modules of the ESG Pospešek project, which is designed to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in voluntary sustainability reporting and the development of comprehensive ESG approaches.
The ESG Pospešek project encourages companies to take a systematic approach to environmental, social, and governance aspects of their operations and provides concrete tools to support the transition from strategy to practice. Until the conclusion of the free training programme, Module 3 and Module 4 are still available, and you are also invited to take part.
Module 3: Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan
Module 3 is intended for companies that wish to develop an ESG strategy and an action plan that can be immediately applied in practice. The focus is on a structured approach, identifying ESG priorities, and receiving mentoring support.
Key content areas:
- Carbon footprint – challenges and opportunities (practical calculation examples and analysis)
- Circular economy and building sustainable supply chains
- Developing a sustainability strategy and action plan
- Presentation of the strategic framework and action plan
Module 4: From Action Plan to Implementation
Module 4 focuses on the implementation of sustainability measures and on understanding how ESG can create long-term value for a company.
Key content areas:
- Social factors (S): sustainable relationships with employees and the community
- Governance factors (G): ethics, transparency, and accountability
- How sustainability creates value for the company
- Practical tools, updates, and the omnibus approach
