Fifth Project Office Workshop: Utilizing the e-MA2 Module for Selection of Contractors and Employees
February 11, 2026, Maribor
As part of our regular educational activities, we held a new workshop for project managers and project team members within the call for proposals segment, dedicated to the e-MA2 information system. This time, we delved into the key module “Selection Procedures for Contractors and Employees”, which is essential for the correct administrative management of projects and ensuring the eligibility of costs. Through a practical demonstration, participants learned how to safely and correctly enter data about new recruitments into the system.

Working within the e-MA2 system requires precision and knowledge of specific steps. To facilitate the work of our partners and colleagues, we have prepared a brief overview of the procedure for adding an employee to the module:
- Module Access
- Creating a New Procedure
- Status Management
- Entry of Legal Bases and Contractors
- Documentation
Correctly entered data is the foundation for the subsequent preparation of payment claims and the smooth implementation of project activities. For more information about upcoming trainings, follow our website or contact us via the official form.
Workshop materials are available here. Remember, the correct use of the IS e-MA2 system is the key to the successful management of your project.
