1 September – 6 November 2023
Maribor, Slovenia
The Association EPEKA, a social enterprise, is organising a lecture on the green agenda in housing communities as part of the EPEKA – Housing Cooperative for All project.
At the housing association, we will prioritise environmental sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. By adopting a green agenda, housing associations can contribute to the overall sustainability of their communities and help mitigate the effects of climate change. It can also provide cost savings for the housing association, improve the health and wellbeing of its members and contribute to a more sustainable and liveable environment for all.
The aim of the lecture is to encourage participants, potential future cooperative members, to adopt energy efficient practices and advocate for them in their own housing communities.
Experts will give lectures on how this can be done in a series of online training sessions.
EPEKA – Housing Cooperatives for All is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, within the Public Call for proposals for the promotion of the development of cooperative and social economy projects 2023-2024.
