The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., is a partner in the project “#healthie”. The project activity took place in Tarsus/Mersin, Turkey, between march 1st and 8th 2017. 27 youth workers from 9 different countries participated in the training.

The project focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing strategies for including health values in youth work practices. Other goals of the project include:

  • Promoting the importance of a healthy lifestyle and sport activities
  • Promoting informal education practices
  • Spreading awareness about effective use of information—communication technologies
  • Finding solutions for dealing with technology addiction.
