Representatives of the EPEKA Association, a social enterprise, will participate in the online event “Housing-Led Solutions in Central and Eastern Europe”.

Homelessness is rising across Europe. Every night, nearly one million people across the continent have nowhere to call home. Traditional staircase models manage homelessness, but evidence tells us that housing-led approaches end it.

Following our recent regional meeting, this collaborative follow-up will bring together ministries, municipalities, NGOs, and partners from across the Central and Eastern European region to share experiences, challenges, and practical approaches to advancing housing-led work. The session will feature examples from Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Share experiences of housing-led programmes
  • Highlight successes and good practice
  • Discuss on-the-ground challenges
  • Exchange practical ideas and approaches
