Volunteer work often takes place in teams – the strength and quality of the community are reflected in mutual support.

At this event, we will develop skills that enable volunteers to become “informal mentors”: how to listen, how to recognize distress, how to give feedback, and how to support others without taking on their responsibilities.

The event includes active listening exercises, comparing different styles of support, and laying the foundations for establishing an informal mentoring system within the volunteer collective.

The activity is part of the project Strengthening vulnerable social groups with the support of volunteering.

The event is closed to the public and intended exclusively for active volunteers of the EPEKA Association.
