Have you ever found it difficult to set a limit? Would you like to develop more self-confidence and effective communication skills? Then this is the invitation for you!

Participants who attended The Power of NO international training in Austria in November 2024 will share with us how to learn to say “no”, why it is important and how the project helped them in their personal development.

The project focused on self-awareness, social competences, conflict resolution and personal growth. Participants will answer your questions, present the mobility, workshops and activities they experienced.

The activity is designed to make young people aware of the opportunities available to you in the context of international cooperation and non-formal education. Mobilities such as this one are completely free of charge for the participants and offer a valuable personal and professional experience.

The EPEKA team will also introduce you to the current calls and projects you can apply for today. Come, ask, get to know and be encouraged for your next adventure!
