The social enterprise KUD Prvi plan was set up in December 2012 and aims to increase the employment opportunities of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market.
Promoting the visibility of quality artists and craftspeople and their products, raising cultural, social and ecological awareness in society, involving vulnerable groups and people with fewer opportunities in various training and employment activities, promoting art education for children, increasing the competences and mobility of young people, increasing the involvement of young people in youth work, increasing the autonomy of young people in society, raising the visibility of quality educational and pedagogical activities, providing better conditions for formal and non-formal education, integrating new socially useful content into education systems, etc.
