EPEKA, a social enterprise within the EPEKA – Housing Cooperative for All project, is organising a lecture on the digital transition in housing communities.

At the housing association, we will prioritise digitalisation to reduce our carbon footprint. By adopting digital tools, housing associations can contribute to the overall sustainability of their communities and help mitigate the effects of climate change. This can also provide the housing association with cost savings, improve efficiency and save on tenants’ costs.

This year’s lecture will be about the EPEKA App – Housing Co-operatives for All, which will offer all the useful information and services for the residents of the neighbourhood where the co-operative is located.

EPEKA – Housing Cooperative for All is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, within the Public Call for proposals to promote the development of cooperative and social economy projects 2023-2024.
