The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., is organising a lecture on Green Loans as part of the EPEKA – Housing Cooperative for All project.

These are loans for sustainable, environmentally friendly purposes, such as reducing CO2 emissions, or for purposes that contribute to a green transition in society, such as the development of new environmentally friendly technology. The project will network potential EBRDs, EcoFund, cooperatives, banks and entrepreneurs in order to promote projects that implement co-sharing, sustainable living, the green agenda, etc.

Examples of presentations:

  • Electric car loan.
  • Loan for the installation of solar panels on the roof of a housing cooperative.
  • Loan to improve the thermal insulation of a housing association to use less energy for heating.
  • Loan for the construction of zero-emission buildings
  • Loan to secure a company wishing to make a green transition

EPEKA – Housing Cooperative for All, is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, within the Public Call for Proposals for the Promotion of the Development of Cooperative and Social Economy Projects 2023-2024.
