Members of the Epeka Association will attend an expert consultation on sexual violence, organized by the Združenje za MOČ.
Sexual violence often remains hidden, unspoken and overheard, but its consequences deeply affect individuals and society. Its treatment requires a sensitive, professional and, above all, coordinated approach that goes beyond the operation of a single institution. Therefore, we invite you to an inter-institutional expert consultation, where we will jointly open the key issues we face in dealing with sexual violence. Special emphasis will be placed on practical challenges, identifying gaps in the system and finding solutions based on cooperation, integration and knowledge exchange. The consultation offers a space for professional dialogue, reflection on one’s own work and insight into the good practices of various institutions. By doing so, we want to contribute to more coordinated action and strengthen support for people who have experienced sexual violence. Experts and professionals from the fields of social care, education, healthcare, justice, the police and the non-governmental sector, as well as anyone who encounters this topic in any way in their work, are invited to participate.
