On 1 February, Žiga Dobnikar, a representative of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., will participate in the online meeting of the European Platform for Fundamental Rights.
The meeting will be an opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences and good practices on the most pressing human rights challenges and solutions developed by civil society in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The session will present the work of the organisations. The FRA Director and experts and partners from EU institutions, international organisations and donors will participate. Helena Dalli, European Commissioner for Equality, Mary Lawlor, UN Special Rapporteur on the protection of human rights defenders, and Michael O’Flaherty, FRA Director, will discuss with participants how human rights challenges can be addressed.
