The second regional conference was held in Murska Sobota, organized by the consortium partner RIS Dvorec Rakičan, within the project “Fair Employment – With youth work against youth unemployment”, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Social Fund.

The central part of the event was a round table where the following people gave their opinions on the status of young people in the labor market: Rahela Kodila, Pomurska Chamber of Commerce; Stanislava Perčič, Head of the Murska Sobota Regional Unit of the Employment Service of Slovenia; Rahela Hojnik Kelenc, director of the People’s University of Lendava; Grega Donša, President of the Prekmurje Students’ Club; Dr. Robert Celec, director of RIS Dvorca Rakičan. The round table was moderated by Sandi Horvat.

About the project: The purpose of the project “Fair employment – Through youth work against youth unemployment” is the permanent integration of young people into the labor market through innovative projects that strengthen general and specific competencies while strengthening the active citizenship of young people. The national project is coordinated by the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., in partnership with the Institute for Youth Policy, are. p., RIS Dvorec Rakičan, Association for the Development of Voluntary Work.
