Sixth Project Office Workshop: Submitting Reimbursement Claims (ZzI) – Process
March 20, 2026,
Online
As part of our regular educational activities, we held a new workshop for project managers and project team members within the tender framework, dedicated to the e-MA2 information system. This time, we delved into the “Reimbursement Claims” (ZzI) module, which is used for reporting costs incurred during the operation and their related activities.
During the workshop, led by Žiga Dobnikar, participants learned about the entire process – from logging into the system with a qualified digital certificate to the final submission of the claim for control. Special emphasis was placed on the correct entry of unit costs (SE) for project managers’ salaries and lump sums (PZ) for conducted workshops.
In addition to the technical steps of entering basic data and activity summaries, we also reviewed the necessary attachments required by the claims in detail. We informed the participants that a more in-depth discussion on mandatory attachments will take place at the next workshop, which will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. For any additional questions or individual support, the Project Office remains available.
Workshop materials are available here. Remember, the correct use of the IS e-MA2 system is the key to the successful management of your project.
