Online Event
Today, as part of the Project Office, we successfully conducted our fourth workshop, which was entirely dedicated to a key technical step in project implementation – the submission of advance payment requests.
The online workshop was designed to provide direct technical support to participants. Following an initial presentation of the theoretical foundations, we focused on a practical demonstration of accessing the system. The main emphasis was on the advance payment request procedure, where we walked through all the necessary entries step-by-step to avoid common errors that can slow down the disbursement process.
The key content segments of the workshop included:
- Managing user profiles and access rights for operations.
- Correct data entry into forms within the IS e-MA2 system.
- Real-time group submission of requests under expert mentorship.
Under the guidance of our team, participants successfully submitted their actual requests during the second part of the session. This interactive approach ensures that organizations gain not only theoretical knowledge but also confidence in handling digital tools. This strengthens the transparency and efficiency of fund utilization aimed at empowering vulnerable groups.
Workshop materials in Slovene are available here. Remember, the correct use of the IS e-MA2 system is key to the successful management of your project.
