International meeting of the Erasmus+ KA210 project “START the YOUTH ORG”

An international meeting of the Erasmus+ KA210 project “START the YOUTH ORG – ‘Support the start of youth organisation'” will take place between 12 and 14 October 2024. The project, which brings together partners from the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, focuses on strengthening youth organisations with a focus on sustainable development and connecting European networks of youth workers.

Evaluation of progress and design of training modules

The meeting will start with an evaluation of the progress of the project so far. Participants will analyse the results of the work and identify key challenges in setting up new youth organisations. One of the central themes will be the design of training modules to support youth workers. These modules facilitate the process of setting up youth organisations and enable them to create strong European networks that offer young people opportunities for international cooperation.

Exchange of good practices

Participants will exchange experiences and good practices from different European countries, providing better insight into how to tackle specific challenges. Discussions focus on the sustainable development of youth organisations and finding solutions for their stable functioning.

The project is co-financed by the EU Erasmus+ programme, the Slovenian Youth Office and the Municipality of Maribor.
