Representatives of the EPEKA Association, EPEKA d.o.o. and EPEKA SCE will attend the central professional event Transformation of Construction Project Delivery: Solutions and Pitfalls of New Models and Approaches in the International Environment, which will take place on 16 January 2026 and is organised by the Chamber of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Slovenia.
The event addresses key challenges faced by the Slovenian construction sector, such as low productivity, inefficient delivery practices and limited use of modern digital, contractual and organisational approaches. Special emphasis will be placed on transforming construction project delivery in the international environment and on thoughtful risk management. The professional conference will bring together renowned international experts, academics and practitioners who will present contemporary delivery models, digital transformation approaches and the experiences of companies successfully operating in global markets.
