Vocational rehabilitation

The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., is implementing an employment rehabilitation service in 2024 and 2025, with which we support individuals in their reintegration into the labor market. The program is intended for people with various disabilities who need professional assistance, guidance and support in developing their work abilities and skills.

Employment rehabilitation includes individual counseling, support in finding a job, gaining work experience and strengthening self-confidence and independence. In cooperation with employers and other institutions, we co-create an inclusive environment where individuals have the opportunity to develop their potential and achieve greater social inclusion.

With this program, we continue our efforts for equal opportunities in the field of employment and for a society that recognizes and values diversity.
