Join the workshop on the topic of business idea development, which will be led by Vlado Krašovec, a member of the Venture Factory and startup mentor. Together, we will learn an easy way to test the first business idea and the motivation for its further development.
Do you have a business idea but don’t know where to start writing a business plan? Classic, multi-page business plans are often opaque and difficult to customize. In this workshop, you will learn about the Business Model Canvas – a visual tool that allows you to “draw” the entire business model of a company on a single sheet of paper.

- Structure: An introduction to the nine key building blocks that make up each business.
