The Association EPEKA is conducting workshops in the field of strengthening key employment competencies, with a special emphasis on the development of social and functional skills that increase young people’s chances of successfully entering the labor market.

As part of these activities, we are preparing a workshop aimed at developing assertiveness, clear expression and effective communication in various work situations.

Participants will learn how to confidently express their needs, how to set boundaries in a respectful manner and how to respond in demanding or conflicting situations. We will discuss the importance of clear and positive messages and how verbal and non-verbal communication affect relationships in the work environment. Through practical exercises and simulations of work situations, participants will acquire skills that will help them express opinions, provide feedback and cooperate with colleagues or superiors. The workshop will enable young people to better understand their own communication styles and be qualified for professional situations that require a thoughtful and professional response.
