Within the scope of Strengthening Key Employment Competencies – Communication and ICT, we will conduct a workshop aimed at preparing young people for challenging situations they may encounter during job interviews.

The workshop will focus on improving the performance of young candidates and empowering them when dealing with unexpected questions, critical comments or pressure from employers. Participants will think about strategies on how to respond appropriately when an interview does not go as expected. We will also discuss how to present your weaknesses in a constructive way and how to remain confident in stressful situations. With the help of practical role-playing scenarios, we will simulate the most common unpleasant situations and analyze them together. Participants will receive concrete tools and guidelines for preparing for the interview and for establishing a professional and calm appearance that increases the chances of success.
