Hot days

After a relatively long period of isolation due to the measures taken to limit the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, the period of holidays, visits to swimming pools and other summer activities has begun, which will be a great pleasure for everyone after a long period of isolation.

With summer, of course, comes a period of hot days and only slightly less hot nights, bringing with it new dangers and hassles. Heat can have many negative health effects, especially for the elderly and other vulnerable groups. That is why NIJH has prepared materials that can help to cope with the negative effects of heat. The materials, in pdf format, are available here.

If you need them in printed form, please contact us or visit the VNRC Roma Station.
