On Friday, 26 February 2021, we invite you to a workshop where you will learn about cooperatives and the basics of cooperatives.

The training will be held in cooperation with Anica Pušnjak from PETKA PUŠNJAK STRIŽIČ ACCOUNTING AND OTHER SERVICES, D.N.O., who has many years of experience in the field of cooperatives – from the point of view of setting up cooperatives, accounting in cooperatives and also in the management of cooperatives.

The lecturer will present the purpose, function and method of setting up cooperatives, as well as their advantages. She will present the areas of workers’ rights, participatory economics and employment opportunities in cooperatives. Together, we will learn about the basic legal acts and legal bases relevant to the establishment of a cooperative and the process of setting up a cooperative. We will also learn how a cooperative is different from other forms of organisation and what its advantages and disadvantages are.

Due to the restrictions and the number of participants, please note that the activity will be held in two groups – please register by phone or email in the group that suits you best, the maximum number of persons in each group is 8.

The activity for the first group will take place from 15.00 to 16.30 and for the second group from 17.00 to 18.30.

Participation is free of charge. The event will be held in accordance with the recommendations of the NIJZ.
