After the end of the third implementation of the social activation program for equality, for employment, for women, for Roma women, which is being implemented in the Maribor area by the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., we held a final event.

The social activation program, which is intended to strengthen competencies among Roma women and is aimed at bringing Roma women closer to the labor market, is funded by the Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and the European Social Fund. The event was held on Friday, September 24 at 10 am, at the Gorkega ulica 34 (VNRC Roma station).

Event program:

    • Introductory address (Matej Tisaj, Vice President of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent.),
    • Presentation of the implementation of the program and implemented activities (Petra Kovačec and Jerica Lorenci, professional associates),
    • Presentation of good practice of the program participants (Elizabeta Fetahi, representative of the Roma community).
