Romani kafenava, Maribor

On Sunday, 2 August 2015, as part of the Roma Genocide Remembrance Day, the hip hop duo Gipsy Mafia, consisting of the Skill Brothers and Budy O.G. (Original Gypsy), performed at the first Roma restaurant in the EU, located at Gorkega 34 in Maribor.

Since 2006, they have been using RAP as a means of expressing their views, using music to draw public attention to the position of Roma in society, to speak openly about fascism and, of course, about their own lives and upbringing.
