As part of the “Getting to Know Entrepreneurship” series, we invite you to the second activity in the series, which will focus on the different types of businesses that can be opened in Slovenia.

We will learn how diverse businesses can be set up and the pros and cons of different forms of entrepreneurship. We will focus on: social enterprise, sole proprietorship, association, limited liability company, unlimited liability company and cooperative society, and learn what the key differences are between these forms and when it makes sense to open one (depending on activity, turnover, number of employees). The series is conducted by Mitja Špes, founder of Factumevent and organizer of major events in Maribor and across Slovenia (Opera Night in the City Park, Chili and Chocolate Festival, Street Food Market Maribor, major sporting events, More). The activity will take place from 18.00. to 19.30. Participation is free of charge.
