We invite you to the second of a series of activities addressing healthy lifestyles and ways in which we can make small changes to take care of our health and reduce the chances of developing certain chronic diseases later in life.

We will be joined by a member of staff from the Dr Adolf Drolc Health Centre, who will teach you how to take small steps to take care of your health and well-being. She will focus on each participant and, based on an individual health assessment, will advise on improvements that can be made to your daily routine to improve your health and quality of life.

The activity will take place from 16:00 to 18:00.

Participation is free of charge.
