Representatives of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., will attend the Innovation+ Workshop.
Every change in youth work starts with an idea. But an idea only comes to life when it is transformed into a practice that responds to the needs of young people and brings added value to organizations and communities. How to achieve this, we will explore in the Innovations+ workshop.
The workshop is held within the framework of the European Academy for Youth Work and is intended for organizations and individuals working in the Erasmus+ Youth programme. They will focus on developing innovative projects within the framework of Key Action 2 and on finding ways to meaningfully include innovative elements in youth worker mobility projects, youth engagement activities and accredited projects, and in your organization in general.
Research highlights that youth workers and young people are the driving force behind innovation. Therefore, at the meeting we will discover together what innovation means in youth work, how it can be shaped as part of the project process and what benefits it brings in the long term.
What you will gain:
- a better understanding of the importance of innovation in youth work,
- concrete ideas on how to introduce innovative approaches into projects,
- insight into how innovative practices improve the quality of projects and work with young people.
The workshop is open to all interested parties. Support staff (e.g. sign language interpreters, assistants for the physically challenged, translators) are also welcome, with costs covered by us upon agreement.
