On Friday, 11 June, at 10:00, we invite you to the VNRC Roma Station for a presentation to learn about the profession of a waiter.

On Monday, 7 June, at 15:00, we invite you to the VNRC Roma Station for a presentation to learn about the profession of a pub manager. He will present the tasks of a waiter, his personal qualities and the skills and knowledge he needs to acquire. The waiter’s job is to serve the dishes ordered by the guest and prepared by the chef in an appropriate, professional and friendly manner. He/she shall also serve the guest with a drink. The lecturer will give a detailed presentation of the stages involved in the job of a waiter and how to become a waiter.

The activity will take place from 10.00 to 11.30.

Participation is free of charge. The event will be held in accordance with the recommendations of the NIJZ.
