We would like to invite you to the second interactive lecture, which will take place on Friday, 12 January 2018, at 4 p.m. at the Epeka Gallery, Koroška cesta 8. The lecture will be led by the creative director of the advertising agency Luna, Tine Lugarič.

The lecture will be aimed primarily at leaders of social enterprises and companies operating in fields that require creativity and flexible working and management approaches. Work environments characterised by a high degree of creativity and the need to adapt quickly to market needs tend to establish working processes and interrelationships that are quite different from rigid corporate hierarchical relationships. Lugarič, who has extensive experience in managing dynamic creative collectives, will present best practices related to the management of companies characterised by a horizontal decision-making structure and project work.

The lecture will last 4 hours and will be free of charge for employees of social enterprises. For other participants the registration fee will be EUR 10.
