European Youth Against Antigypsyism

The Institute for the Development of Youth Mobilty MOVIT recognized European Youth Against Antigypsyism, a project by the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., as a commendable project.

The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., has initiated a project European Youth Against Antigypsyism in February 2018 and the project will take place until January 2020. The partner institutions are active in the field of acting out local, national and international projects that help underprivileged groups be more socially integrated, perform intercultural dialogue and fight discrimination. More specficially, behind the idea of the project is a century-long social challenge of integration that would be acceptable for both the society and the Roma community.

These institutions noticed that in these fields different countries address challenges differently, regardless of the common European resolutions. The institutions in question are also experienced in the field of educating the endangered groups and they have developed different methods and tools of education and integration of the members of the Roma community.
