The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., invites you to participate in the Erasmus+ project “MY PLAN YOUR BUSINESS”. The project is a youth worker exchange initiative and focuses on supporting young people in developing their entrepreneurial skills, while emphasising their personal development. A key component of this programme is to promote an open dialogue on the challenges related to entering the labour market, personal development and entrepreneurship.
The host organisation is the CORONAT Foundation from Poland. The project will involve five countries: Poland, Slovenia, Greece, France and Romania. There will be nine participants from each country, including a team leader.
Participant profile:
- Individuals aged 18 and over;
- Basic English language skills to communicate and cooperate effectively with peers from different countries;
- Interest in topics such as entrepreneurship, personal development, and digital skills;
- Enthusiasm for the activity to participate in all aspects of the project, including pre-project preparations and post-project activities.
The main themes of the project are digital transformation planning and implementation, entrepreneurial learning – entrepreneurship education, and quality and innovation in youth work.
