20 July, 2020
Roma Station

You are cordially invited to join us on Monday, 20 July, when we will be running a non-violent communication workshop for Roma women in cooperation with Povod Institute and activist and trainer Samar Zughool.

Non-violent communication is a globally recognised approach to life based on respect and consideration for all involved. It enables us to create authentic, compassionate and collaborative relationships in a variety of settings: at home, at work, at school, in leisure and in the wider community. It also enables a deeper contact with oneself, a greater awareness of oneself, one’s feelings, needs and self-worth. In this workshop we will learn about the importance of empathic acceptance and active listening, authentic, sovereign and honest expression and self-empathy.

The activity will take place from 16.00 to 18.00.

Participation is free of charge.
