Representatives of the Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., attended the presentation of the European Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 measures in the field of youth work.

Three youth work actions approved under the European Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. For youth and youth work, the new programming period will see two actions supported by the European Social Fund: addressing the problem of precarious work among young people and strengthening young people’s competences for greater employability and active citizenship. The European Regional Development Fund will strengthen ICT infrastructure and equipment for quality youth work and non-formal education in the Eastern Cohesion Region. The total value of the measures amounts to more than €17.3 million.

To mark the start of the new programming period, a presentation of the European Cohesion Policy measures 2021-2027 was organised on Thursday, 12 January 2023, starting at 10:00 in the Great Hall of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, Masarykova 16, Ljubljana. More detailed descriptions of the measures to be implemented by the Slovenian Youth Office can be found in the European Cohesion Policy Programme 2021 – 2027 in Slovenia (adopted version 12.12.2022, version 1.2), under the specific objectives of Priority 6: RSO4.2., ESO4.1. and ESO4.7.
