The Associaton EPEKA, a social enterprise, organises various modular lectures on housing cooperatives in the framework of the EPEKA – Housing Cooperatives for All project.

The training modules specialise in ecological knowledge and will provide first-hand engineering expertise. Future co-operators, the interested public, architects, planners and engineers, journalists will deepen their knowledge of co-operative building design, passive houses, sustainable urban development, new energy technologies, innovative architecture and eco-design approaches in workshops, excursions and lectures together with local experts.

The content of the training programme will be based on an integrated and modular approach.

Based on the curriculum, it will cover three main topics:

  1. Sustainability in construction and urban planning
  2. Design principles for passive housing cooperatives
  3. Renewable energy and business concepts

EPEKA – Housing Cooperative for All is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, within the Public Call for proposals for the promotion of the development of cooperative and social economy projects 2023-2024.
