NIJZ

The situation we find ourselves in as a result of COVID-19 causes a variety of psychological distress and provokes feelings of fear, sadness, helplessness and loss of control. Therefore, the NIJH has compiled expert advice, guidelines, manuals and other materials that can help to cope with low mood, various distresses, fears, sleep problems, depressed mood, etc.

The materials are aimed at anyone who would like more information on how to identify different distresses, mental health problems and what to do about them, and some materials are specifically aimed at e.g. parents, children and adolescents, athletes, pre- and post-natal challenges, those in isolation, etc. There is also a special section of materials for the professional public. For those of you who are proficient in English, there are also some materials in English.
