The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., is a partner in the Erasmus+ training course “Rock Solid Soft Skills”. The training will be attended by 26 18+ participants, three representatives from each partner organisation.
Rock Solid Soft Skills is an innovative Erasmus+ training course that aims to improve leadership and interpersonal skills through dynamic engagement and experiential learning. Led by exceptional trainers who are well versed in the methods of David Kolb and non-formal education methods, this course offers a transformative journey.
Training method:
The David Kolb Learning Cycle, developed by education theorist David A. Kolb, describes four stages of experiential learning. In the first stage, learners participate in a practical experience. They then reflect on this experience in the second stage, taking into account what they have observed and felt. In the third stage, learners analyse their reflections and formulate abstract concepts and theories. Finally, in the fourth stage, they apply these concepts through active experimentation, leading back to new concrete experiences, thus continuing the learning cycle.
Participation is free of charge for EPEKA members, i.e. travel, accommodation and food costs are covered for the duration of the project. Interested in more? Detailed information can be found within Infopack, or to register, please contact: epeka@epeka.si .
The project is funded by Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Youth, Municipality of Maribor and Erasmus+.
