The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent. will participate in the online training course “Personal records and Payroll”.

The training is aimed at refreshing and deepening knowledge in the field of human resources records, payroll and reporting, which are an important part of effective employee management in NGOs and social enterprises.

Topics to be covered during the training:

  • Employee data entry and HR records,
  • payroll settings,
  • time and attendance management,
  • payroll and printout of payroll forms,
  • demonstration of the procedure for electronic submission of forms to eTax and AJPES,
  • sick leave, reimbursements and use of eVEM,
  • annual reporting for income tax.

By participating in the training, we aim to strengthen our administrative capacity and ensure even more efficient, up-to-date and legal management of HR processes in the organisation.
