Representatives of the EPEKA Association, a social enterprise, will participate in the annual meeting “Successful … Creative 2025! “. The event is intended for representatives of Slovenian organizations that are successfully gaining support and taking advantage of opportunities offered by the Creative Europe program through their international projects.

The event will be an opportunity to promote projects, exchange experiences, and seek new ways for more successful international cooperation:

MEETING PROGRAM:

10:00-10:30 | Arrival of participants and registration. Opportunity for informal networking and exchange,

10.30-10.35 | Introductory welcome. Short speech and presentation of the meeting’s objectives.

10.35-11.30 | Results of Slovenian organizations in recent calls for proposals Creative Europe. Overview of the outstanding achievements of Slovenian applicants and highlights and (your) experiences that indicate trends and opportunities in the program.

11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Networking opportunities with CEDs from Norway, BIH, and Greece. Learn about approaches from abroad and gain inspiration and contacts for new collaborations.

12.00-13.00 | Webinar: How to collaborate (even more) successfully? International expert on facilitation and legal aspects of cooperation Ulrich Michel will offer key insights for building strong and sustainable partnerships and prepare you for a practical workshop that will follow at the end of 2025/beginning of 2026.

13.00-14.00 | Refreshments and socializing. Time for a relaxed exchange of experiences and networking.
