The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., invites participants to attend the training “Strengthening Youth Workers for Inclusion and Sustainability”.

This training course brings together youth workers from North Macedonia, Slovenia, Spain, Romania and Italy to strengthen their capacity to support young people from diverse and marginalised backgrounds. Through interactive workshops, cultural exchange and practical collaboration, participants will: improve their skills in intercultural communication, inclusion and digital collaboration; learn practical tools to promote environmental sustainability in youth work; develop peer-learning strategies and collaborative project ideas for future cross-border initiatives. The aim of the course is to provide youth workers with the knowledge and tools to promote inclusion, active participation and sustainability in local and international youth contexts.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTICIPANTS:

Each country will send:

  • 4 youth workers (aged 18 and over).
  • 2 participants from each country must be participants with fewer opportunities.
  • Total number of participants: 20 (4 from each country).

The project specifically invites participants with fewer opportunities, including:

  • Those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Young people from rural or remote areas.
  • Young people facing social, cultural or educational barriers.
  • Members of minority or migrant communities.
  • Those with mild disabilities or health problems.

Participation is free of charge for members of EPEKA, Soc.Ent., i.e. travel, accommodation and food costs are covered for the duration of the project. Interested in more? Detailed information can be found in the infopack.
