Members of the Epeka Association, so. p. will participate in an online training on precarious work.

As part of the DD – Decent Work project, the Nefiks Institute is organizing free online training for everyone who supports young people in their work with career planning and transition to the labor market. The training addresses topics such as labor rights, financial literacy, mental health care in the workplace, career counseling, and youth entrepreneurship. The content is particularly relevant for working with young people who are encountering employment for the first time, student work, and issues of decent work.

Training participants will:

  • gain in-depth knowledge about decent work,
  • learn about various methods useful in working with young people,
  • receive practical material and tools for further work.
