The Youth Centre is an organisation that promotes the mental health of young people. Our aim is to provide support and education to young people experiencing mental health problems. To do this, we have developed different events that allow them to learn about different ways to take care of their mental health.
Our events are aimed at young people of all ages and backgrounds. They include workshops, lectures, group therapy and other activities aimed at developing coping skills, improving relationships and building self-esteem. All our activities are free and accessible to all who need them. Mental health is crucial for young people, especially those belonging to vulnerable groups. Mental health problems can affect their ability to learn successfully, develop relationships and be able to work. It can also affect their general wellbeing and quality of life. That is why we have decided to dedicate our work to supporting and educating young people in need of mental health support. Meetings are scheduled to take place on:
- 24. 2. 2022
- 22. 4. 2022
- 24. 6. 2022
- 29. 7. 2022
- 30. 9. 2022
- 25 .11. 2022
Participation is free of charge. The event will be held in accordance with the recommendations of the NIJH.
